You probably don't have BBWARN 2.4 installed (available
at ftp://ftp.deadcat.net.au/pub/BB and that's for pre-1.08b)
or have 1.08b installed which has it built-in.
It lets you specify what/when/how for the notification.
So you can say for the http service only notify between
6AM and 8PM.
