{bb} Date in bb2.html

Hi!

I've just installed 1.09 and like it A LOT! Thanks Sean!

One thing though, being Scandinavian I do not like the time format on
bb2.html. I would like yyyy-mm-dd instead of dd/mm/yy, how do I fix
that? Also, using two digits for the year makes it look as if bb is not
y2k-compliant... As Sean states on his web-page about y2k:

"2.Century compliance: Makes sure that your software doesn't party like
it's 1899! In other words, that "00" is
     understood to be "2000".
All dates, if displayed, depend on the unix date command, or the
equivalent C code. All years are displayed as
     4 digits."

Well, my (unchanged) version of bb2.html does not... Is this
BB-specific or OS specific? My system is FreeBSD 2.2.8...

Secondly, one small thing: the link from the button at the bottom of
the page bb2.html still has the old link to Sean's web-site, it needs
to be changed; the button on the top is OK...

All in all, great work!

Regards,

/Per Berger
