Well, depending on the needs you're probably right.
in bbwarnrules.cfg (the old bbwarn.cfg but only rules in it)
It must be set up this way:
assuming oracle check create a .oracle status log
*;;oracle;;*;*;dbamail@localhost
*;;*;oracle;*;*;adminmail@localhost
first rule only catches oracle errors
2nd rule catches all errors except oracle
after create different rules with time periods to suit
the needs of your org.
