{bb} alerts

Hi,

i'm new to this list so forgive me if this question asked been asked or is
impossible to do.  I'm not a systems administrator either so I might sound
ignorant. :)
Anyways... I use Big Bro to monitor various servers.  The challenge has
been put to me to come up with a way that Big Brother can talk to an
Interactive Voice Response system and thus, instead of sending just an
email or pager alert, actually have the IVR dial a number and say "such and
such is down".  the IVR part is easy but is it possible to setup Big Bro to
do this?  Has it been done before?
