{bb} symlink for bb

i need some help
i am a little confused on my link stuff
i have apache fixed now but can not access the bb stuff any ideas how i need
to create the link
 I did this ln -s /home/bb/www  /home/httpd/html/bb and i get the error it
already exists but when i go to the web page i get i don't have permission
to access the file
 please help
