{bb} New monitoring processes...no page for red????

I am having difficulty with this one....

I created some scripts to monitor some processes on my servers and I am
sending 
it to $BB....the web page shows the new process.

BBWARNRULE looks as follows *;;dc_isp cred dcsplit;;*;*;alpha-bisglb:45


If the process turns purple....and I get a page... but when it is
red....nothing

Is there some where I didn't set up to page for this process....


Please help....
