That's the way it works.  When you're notified again, it uses a new
random number.

what's your pagedelay from bbwarnsetup.cfg or the overriding in the
bbwarnrules.cfg file (recipient:5) ?

Look in the current tmp/np_* file.  Which number is in there ?
If it's the old, then we've got a problem.  Also try acking the message
from the command line on the BBPAGER host, run bin/bb-doack.sh:
(to get debug output)

cd $BBHOME/bin
sh -x ./bb-doack.sh "ack_event <ack #> <delay> [message]"

it's in the tmp/np_* file.

format is 

XXXXXXX host.svc color   where XXXXXXX is the ack number.

BTW, I'll work on trying to keep the same ack number for an event until
	it is resolved.  I've noticed before that different recipients
	could receive different ack number is they were not notified
	at the same time :(
