I am not sure if this helps but did you select PAGE or ACK? It seems like
you selected PAGE. There is a pull down menu for to select between PAGE and
ACK.

:-)  I get a warning on a server, BB notices, turns yellow and
:-)  sends an email notice.  I acknowledge (or, try to) using the
:-)  security code from the email.  BB responds with "Blank
:-)  message... no page sent", which is fine, because I don't
:-)  want to page, I only want to acknowledge, and then not hear
:-)  any more about it for 60 minutes.

:-)  So, was it acknowledged?  I can't tell.  BB doesn't say so,
:-)  there's nothing happening in the www/acks directory, BB
:-)  stays yellow, and I continue to get email about every
:-)  fifteen minutes, each message with a different security
:-)  code.  I checked /var/adm/messages to confirm that there is
:-)  only one instance of the bad message.
