{bb} Bug and the fix for version 1.09c

Aargh!! I found out why BB is paging me on yellow levels even though I setup
BB to page me only on red levels. Everyone can ignore my previous emails
about paging. :)  bb-page1.sh has a typo. Because of this PAGELEVELSMAIL was
being set to "nocolordefined."

Below PAGELEVELSMAIL="nocolordefined" on line 116,
it should be:

pagelevelsmailline=`grep "^pagelevelsmail:" $BBHOME/etc/bbwarnsetup.cfg`
2>/dev/null

instead of: pageslevelsmailline  (note the "s" after page)
                      ^^^
I spent a day debugging this, but BB is all worth it!  :-)
