Ugh.

Any time you've got a lot of things down, BB will slow down
a lot (try, try again...).  In the case of dialup lines, it's
always nasty for 2 reasons:

1.	There are generally a lot of them.  In fact, there are
	generally more of them than real hosts.

2.	They are frequently off, and so could take 20+ seconds
	to complete testing.
