Because the HTML files are generated on BBDISPLAY and are linked into
the WWW directory structure.  You don't want to NFS mount the BBHOME/www
directory onto another box where the WWW server is located.  That would
mean
you are dependant on the NFS link to be always up.  You are less likely
to be caught with your pants down because NFS is acting up.
