Yup, I thought I had found the reason why BBNT was getting all of the
performance data and not just what it asked for (processes and memory).

To make a long story short: There's a register key in NT that keeps
all of the performance data, it's called HKEY_PERFORMANCE_DATA.
You retrive the info using a RegQueryValueEx() call.  It seems that
the 2nd argument passed has to be UNICODE.  I was passing just a
straight ASCII string.  Well, I modified it to pass a UNICODE
string but to no avail, the problem is still there :( It still
gets external performance data...

I'm still looking at it.  It annoys the hell out of me !
