{bb} Multiple http tests

I've modified BB to permit the testing of more than one http
link on the same bb-hosts entry line.

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. toto.titi.com	#
http://toto.titi.com/~rob+http://toto.titi.com/~sean

BTW, don't worry about seeing the same link twice, I just used the same
one the directive is:    

http://maclawran.ca/|http://maclawran.ca/

'|' is the delimiter, could this conflict with a character in a URL ?
I had '+' but that could be a character in a URL...

any comments/suggestions/... is welcome

I may insert in the top line a msg to the effect that all links are OK
or the downed links...
