{bb} notification if the conn to a client goes down

We had network problems on Sunday and the bb history file shows the
following:

Sun May 30 06:54:49 1999 red 928072489 1043
Sun May 30 07:12:12 1999 green 928073532


My notification seems to be in place; however, I receieved no page or
email. I have a rule in bbwarnrules.cfg that tells BB to wait for 5
minutes before notifying me. The above line indicated the conn was down
for 1043 secs which is more than 17 minutes. Any ideas why I didn't get
notified? Do I have to do anything special to be notified if conn turns
red/purple?? I didn't think so but you never know..
