{bb} summary gotcha

A heads-up for new 'summary' feature users, since this feature isn't as
well documented as it could be.

The summary acts like a machine.service combination, so your downstream
server must be in the form XXXX.YYY, where XXX is the name of the line and
YYY is the individual entry.  If you just get the environment dump, you
don't have both parts. :)

No changes are needed on the upstream server -- it picks up the summary
files automatically.
