Can you post your bbwarnrules.cfg  ?

Also, was the connection from BBNET to BBPAGER up at that time ?

Do you have any np_* files in $BBHOME/etc ? If so what's the time
stamp on it ? Past the 06:54:49 timestamp ?

It could a lot of different things...
