{bb} Monitor Status

I implemented the monitor status.

It shows all 16 modems clear until one is in use.
This is good, but the "modem" light is always green and thus is the history.
While I don't need to monitor the length of time a modem is in use, we have
software that does, it would be nice to look at each modems link and see this.
Has anyone doen this?  Maybe black all the time showing green only when in use
both on history and log?
