{bb} CGI library

I've installed the perl version of history (bb-hist.pl). But i've got a
error message when i run this perl-script.
Can't locate CGI.pm in @INC at ./bb-hist.sh line 200.
I've no CGI.pm library on my system. Where can i get it ???
