Change www/gifs/bb.gif to anything you like. Many places use something like
the institutions's crest...

BBLEEP in runbb.sh controls most things. Notifications are sent out
immediately when something funny is detected, there's no delay. Watch
out that the higher refresh rate doesn't overload things. Also note that
the average delay is less than 2.5 minutes (1/2 of 5 minutes), and that we
humans have trouble reacting faster than that for extended periods of time.
