{bb} Maximum Uptime Checks

Hi all,

We don't have a strict reboot schedule here, so I've modified bb-local.sh to
check the uptime on the client machine for a maximum value (30-60 days max in
most cases) and return yellow (+ message) if overdue.  Might be better done in
an ext script, but it's very easy to just modify bb-local.sh (about 10 lines
copied straight from the spontaneous reboot check).

would this be a good addition to bb?  I guess for those who don't have a need
for it, you could leave the maximum uptime variable blank and it would not do
the check at all...
