{bb} Background color to green on acknowledge
If I get an alarm and I acknowledge it, I would like to have the
background reflect the fact that I have acknowledged the alarm.
I have modified mkbb.sh and mkbb2.sh per some instructions
in the archives of this mailing list so that BB sends a .wav file
to the browser to make an alert sound.
I am using BBBKG and BKG variables (I believe) to put
out a footer.red or a regular footer based on the background color.
This drives some folks to distraction when they get beeped at
for hours...
The background color is set based on the worst condition of any
server/service. If I have acknowledged a service outage with
an expected outage time, I would like the background to assume
that the ball for that service is green in its calculations to determine
whether the background should be green or red.
I think it would be a good idea to keep the actual ball red but
it would better for me if the background turned green (assuming
all other services were green).
I looked at the code but didn't see any clear way to do this.
Thanks for any help you can give me,
