Except SMS/GSM isn't available globally. Specifically, in the US, GSM
coverage is patchy at best. Whereas Kermit works with any phone... unless I
have my protocols wrong.. 
(Interesting Fact Of The Day: Washington, DC, is the only capital in the
world that does not have GSM coverage. Sprint USED to with their spectrum
service, but that was long ago. If I'm wrong, PLEASE let me know- nokia has
a really cool PalmGSM phone out that I'd love to be able to use..)

Wouldn't the sauce get into the circutry? <grin>
