Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out what the deal is with BB and DHCP, I can see in the code that there seem
to have been some attempts in the past to deal with dynamic hosts, but I can't quite figure out
what the current state of play is.
The nearest I can figure out is that currently if I put in 0.0.0.0 for the IP address and list a
host name then BB will work but won't do a connectivity test to that host.
Does anyone have any ideas on what mods might be necessary to get BB to ping based on hostname rather than IP address. Then I could enter in the names of my DHCP assigned machines and not particularly care about their current IP address.
