{bb} bbnt red messages

We have been using BigBrother for quite a while now (great product!), but
just started trying out the bbnt client. We downloaded bbnt 1.05 and
installed it, and it works well but these messages turn our BB page red:

App: E 'Thu Dec 02 15:14:51 1999': Perflib - " The Open Procedure for
service "Framework" in DLL "C:\Program Files\Network
Registrar\bin\framework_perfmon.dll" failed.   Performance data for this
service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0.  "
App: E 'Thu Dec 02 15:14:49 1999': Perflib - " The Open Procedure for
service "AICDHCP" in DLL "C:\Program Files\Network
Registrar\bin\dhcpperf.dll" failed.   Performance data for this service will
not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0.  "

bbnt is running on a machine with Windows NT4 Service Pack 6a, that is
basically dedicated to running Cisco Network Registrar Version 3.

Are these messages related to the infamous "memory leak" problem? What is
the best way to return our BB display to its former pristine green state?
