not as far as I know.  The only trick I can find it to have a construct
like this  http://host1&http://host2&http://host3   where '&'
would mean *AND* and the behavior would be: all down then RED, all
up then GREEN else YELLOW. But to implement it, I leave it as an
exercice for the student ;)
