Follow the instructions at the bottom of the README. That should
cover it. The problem seems to be bad "Framework"/"AICDHCP" DLL
performance calls. Unfortunately, it seems that because
I retrieve process performance info, NT also queries each process
for their own specific performance info (if available) and the bad
DLLs bomb out like that. Oracle has a nastier side-effect, it lets
you run BBNT once then it crashes :(
