Oops, I think I mis-stated my request.

The set page delay of 15 min between pages is ok, my apologies.
I guess what I want is to make these specific servers fail the test 2 maybe 3
times in a row before paging me at all.
This would then avoid the annoying network timeouts that sometimes report http
as down, when it is not.

You can set a delay in your bbwarnrules just add pagernumber:~timedelay

Substitute your pagernumber and the amount of the delay.
