Web pages are updated every 5 minutes. What you see is a snapshot of
the conditions at that moment.

The web pages refresh every 60 seconds to make sure you get the new
reports ASAP. Note that the page is just reloaded, not regenerated!

Policy decision on this side.
You're notified immediately by pager of any state-changes, i.e.
if a condition goes red. This can give you up to a 5 minute
head start before the BBDISPLAY catches up. This is a good thing.
Likewise, you can be notified immediately by pager of a recovery.
The BBDISPLAY will catch up eventually, but is meant only as a
general visual summary of state. The individual status reports
are where it's at.
And the reason for all of this is to make BB as light as possible
on the system.
So, next time your boss points something out say "I know, I've
already been paged".
