{bb} bbnet return codes bug?

Hi there!

The comments at the beginning of bbnet.c state:

* Returns:     0       OK
*              1       Host not found
*              2       Can't connect to server
*              3       Timeout       

But in the case of a timeout '99' is returned (at least in 1.3a).
