{bb} one NT is red the other is Green

Hello all:

Got a problem.

I just recently (last week) installed BB on a couple of our low use NT
servers, for testing. One is a real server located in the basement and the
other is the system sitting on my desk.

Installation was simple, almost too simple. And after a couple of tweeks in
the BB registry all is showing up fine. Except for conn. The conn light
for my desk system always shows red and the one from the basement works just
fine, ie turns red and green depending.

Both systems are in DNS, both systems are in the bb-hosts file on BBDISPLAY.
In fact the BBDISPLAY system (linux) sits right next to my desk NT box and
on the same token ring.

Ping works fine and the other lights go on and off, or change color
according to the situation in a normal manner.

Again, except for the conn light which insists on remaining red.

The one downstairs has 2 names but the alias registry feature made the light
work fine. The system on my desk has only a single name.

I looked thru the archives and FAQ but did not find anything that fit my
situation.
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
