which version do you have ?
if you have 1.3a then in etc/bbwarnrules.cfg:
!host;;*;;*;*;*;*
this is fact disables all notifications for 'host'...
commenting out in bb-hosts just generates purple notifications.
If you don't need to check on a certain server, remove the
entry from the bb-hosts file and remove the associated files
with that server in www/logs.
