Make sure qpage is where it expects it to be, and just use alpha-nnnnnnn for
the recipient

I have qpage set up and working, now I need to add a qpage recipient to
bbwarnrules.cfg.  I know I could tie it to an email address and put the
email address in there, but I'd rather not since if the mail server was
down, i wouldn't get the pages.

what I want is for big brother to run a specified qpage command.

Is this possible?
