{bb} bb client with another OS question

Hi fellow brothers
I am integrating BB on our network servers whitch are based on solaris in a
NIS environment. But we also have 4 AIX servers running some print software.
Is it possible to use the client scripts to make a client tar file there
would work on the AIX servers. If anyone have suggestions it would be nice.
