{bb} Longer conn times

Hi there,
I have a momentary overload of my ethernet (many multiple collisions), and I
need to make BB a bit more "relaxed". I'd like to make timeouts longer, or
to change the "color levels", for example a yellow alarm happens after 5
unanswered packets, and a red one after 10.
