{bb} Layout-Problem

Hey

I can't find a E-Mail-Adress to post my question in this Mailing-List. I hope this adress is okey.

This is my problem:
I want to change the layout of the BB-Webpage. I changed all *_header files in $BBHOME/web.
All views are changed without the files witch are saved in $BBHOME/web/html. These files use still the standart header.
Where can I change this header?
