{bb} page not working/bbwarnrules error?

I am getting:

recipient  **BBOUT:BBOUT.old** in bbwarnrules.cfg is invalid/incorrect

repeated many times in my BBOUT file...also, paging doesn't seem to be
working (if I use the web page to demand-a-page, it works fine, but
it isn't paging me when it detects an error (like f/s full etc)..it
IS sending an email note, but no page.

I don't know if the bbwarnrules error is related to the lack of paging.

I don't know what's wrong with bbwarnrules...I run bbchkcfg.sh and
the only error that I see is about LYNX.

I did recently switch from full-qualified-domain-names to non-fully-qualified
domain-names (paging was working fine before).

I have installed the larrd mod (and a truly wonderful mod it is too)!

Any ideas?
