{bb} phantom bb hosts on bb2.html page

Hello,

    I run the main BB server on a host that has multiple virtual hosts
(BB is one of them).   The actual hostname of the box is not the same as
the BB virtual host.  I've included the BB host name (actual) in the
bb-hosts file as the BBPAGER, BBDISPLAY, etc and that's fine (it shows
up on the BB page), but the BB virtual host name ALSO shows up on the
short list bb2.html page although it's NOT in the bb-hosts file.
Moreover, whenever I change the name of the BB virtual host, the old one
continues to show up on the bb2.html  page.

Any suggestions on what is going on and how I can fix this?  I've
changed the virtual host name twice and consequently there are two
phantom entries on the bb2.html page.
