you should use the pagedelay feature in the bbwarn* file (can't remember
which one).... Yes, it is really much more complex these days, but I guess
that comes with all the added features we all keep asking for......

basically, just set an initial delay of 5 minutes, so something has to be
wrong for at least one iteration, and still wrong on the second iteration
before it pages you......

I think that is what you want....
