No. One level of pages is all we support at the moment...

There is a hardcoded limit (MAXBUF) in bb.h that is used to
roughly determine the max message size. As shipped it's 4K.
That serves 2 purposes:
1. Reduces network traffic somewhat
2. Prevents a nasty DoS attack where someone opens a connection and
fills your disk.
