Re: {bb} /var/www/cgi-bin/larrd-grapher.cgi: at /var/www/cgi-bin/larrd-grapher.cgi line 1535.

Its not about patience. From my end, I can't count the number of times I've gone looking for the solution to a problem, only to find an answer like "the solution was to change the variable", but no where do they say what they changed the variable to. In fact, I just had this problem with webcyradm. I had a perl compile related problem and found the answer in 10+ different places, but none said exactly what to do. Yes, I agree that we need to check log and error files. Doing so can probably save lots of posts to mailing lists such as this. However, not all newbies know what error or log files to read and sometimes its easier to just get the answer.

Kudos to you Andrew, you are more patient than I.

Being new does not exclude Satish from at least acting on the preliminary advice to explore his error logs (as I suggested and you expanded) and reporting his findings. Plaintively responding to recommendations by just asking for "detailed description of the solution" doesn't wash with me.

end of rant.

Arrggghhhh....

I think you will find the clue to your problem in
your apache error.log.

It the "birds" syndrome, possibly: BBRRDS not
defined (it may be "globally" in the larrd config
files, but re-assigned in another bottom feeder
script.)

I would normally do more research before answering,
but you said it was urgent and I'm already late for
dinner.
