Virus Found by the CSPLC (UK) Scanner - Please Read This Message Before Opening Any Other E-Mails

      Please read the message below (in bold starting "Scan Mail has
      detected...") produced by the CSPLC (UK) virus scanner to determine
      the action that should be taken.

      If you are the author of the document please contact your local
      helpdesk support team and advise them that you may have a virus on
      your machine and this needs to be cleaned before sending any other
      e-mails.

      If you are the recipient of the message and the message below shows
      the action as "clean" then you are free to read the message and
      attachment.  However if the message below shows the action as
      "Uncleanable Delete" then only the text of the message will be
      available for you to view, the attachment will have been removed by
      the virus checker and replaced with a dummy attachment containing an
      explanatory image.

      If it is an important message then contact the author and ask them to
      resend the document once the virus has been removed and the file is
      clean.
