Re: {bb} autostart BB on Apple OSX




Hi

I set them up with bb1d (I think.) as clients

If you install the development kit that gives you all the compilers.

In the compile bit, choose darwin as your platform and it just works.

I can get clients to autostart, but server no success so far. You use the startupitems directory and format.

If you need other help for this platform I'll try my best

Mind if I pick your brain on how you did this?  Did you use the unix
source files? Are you running the Apple as a bb client or server?

Sorry for the simple questions, but I have 3 Xserve boxes with Os X
just sitting in a closet doing nothing. I would like to put them to
use, but I am not familiar with Os X enough to utilize the servers
effectively at the current time.
