A-ha. Maybe Rob and Sean became tired of people reporting difficulties
with this and actually changed the code. Having a non-MS-DOS background,
the only place where I habitually use a capital letter is at the start
of a directory name. That's just to provide easier recognition in a
terminal that does not display colours. And shouting in e-mails, of
course :)
