Sorry,
I guess the ability to search the archives has changed.  The mailing list
archive still brings you back to support.bb4.com.  Yes the archives are
there, but the ability to search the archives is no longer avail. Perhaps
the database is down or Quest has decided to bring it down.

They work for me. Keep in mind that bb4.com is now the "company" site 
and bb4.org is the "better than free" site. Go to bb4.org. On the left, 
click on Support. Then on the right, click the link for "Mailing List 
Archives".
