So if a BBDISPLAY/BBPAGER entry in the bb-hosts file also contains a
BBRELAY:<hostname|IP addr> directive then that host will be relayed all
incoming messages from the current BBDISPLAY/BBPAGER.
So yes - a server.
Client/Server is not so difficult - apart from BBNET which does the network
tests (ping, telnet, ssh etc) from the server - most external scripts will
need to run on the client. There are a few special ones that can do client
collection from a single machine (bb-ntp.sh for example) but generally
"clients send data to the server"
