If you've read all the health warnings and you are determined to use
a Micro$oft operating system for your BB server, you should post your
request to the Windoze list. My guess is that you will need to install
Perl and/or a Unix-like shell environment in order to use SNMP. Even
then, it's likely to require a lot more effort than starting out
with Linux on the machine.
