{bb} Measure Latency in Web Sites

Is there any way to measure/show latency using BB Win32 for a web site?
We have one particular web site that for some reason, usually about once
a day, has an especially slow latency time when connecting to the
backend machine where content (product catalogs) for the web site is
stored. We're trying to track down where/how this is happening and just
wondering if BB might help
