This is not an area I know lots about but have some inputs
First of all - you can do anything, the sourcecode is within ;-) - so you could remove the A_href links in the scripts making the pages - but then it would be for all pages.
I do not understand #2, what do you mean with Justify?
Regard 1 and 3 you might want to take a look at pagesets - then you can create a pageset (password protected) for the support people and another pageset for the users with only a few servers.
This does not disable the ability to click - but then they can only click and see status for the server you want to have on that page....
Another idea - you might put an .htaccess in the bbvar/html/ directory. These are the files shown when clicking on a status, så in that way it should be possbible to prompt a password before showing status/history...
