Not that I know of.  Maybe have a "fake" html page 
that displays all the information?

Again, not that I know of, but you can left-justify 
by enabling FQDN or center it by turning it off.
 
Maybe Henrik's bb-gen add-on could do this or it 
could be a request for the next version?

Sort of.  You could just not put them in the bb-hosts 
file, but they will show up in the bb2.html.
If you have a separate BBNET server, you could even 
get the network tests.  If you only want the client 
status, you don't need an entry in bb-hosts.

Of course, you could completely get around the whole 
issue by creating a totally separate site that only 
displays statuses, but pulls them from the real 
bb site.  We have a situation where we scrape the 
bb2.html page and put that information into a hourly 
status of general network/client activity.
