I don't think so. Not on a post-by-post basis anyway. If someone made
a big enough nuisance of themselves, then Sean or Rob might "moderate
them with extreme prejudice". I don't remember the last time that
happened though.

Yep, I've noticed that happening occasionally. I think it is usually
over-aggressive spam filtering. IIRC it even sent a whole weekends
mail straight to /dev/null once. Unless the config has changed recently,
it does not attempt to bounce the message.

When it happens to me, I just repost a re-phrased version of the
message. If the second version ever failed, I'd report that to the
Biggest Brothers, just in case the spam filter has gone belly-up
again.
